This is the second part that we walked from Walsworth Car Park
To start this part go back up to near the garden center on the outskirts of Hitchin / Letchworth join the Hoop path and then continue your walk along the outskirts of the town. Highlights of this part of the walk include the nature reserve at Purwell and the site of a Roman Villa in a field at the end of Purwell lane.
